THE Cincinnati Bengals recruit guard and offensive lineman Andrew Stueber Atlanta Falcons‘ training team, according to a report Monday by Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
Stueber, 6-foot-7 and 338 pounds, was a seventh-round pick of the New England Patriots in the 2022 NFL Draft in Michigan. Released in June by the Pats, Stueber was claimed by the Falcons. He has not played in an NFL game.
Bengals head coach Zac Taylor confirmed that offensive lineman Jaxson Kirkland tore his bicep late in Sunday’s loss to the Baltimore Ravens and will miss the remainder of the season.
Rookie offensive tackle Amarius Mims was removed from the field during Sunday’s game and replaced by guard Cody Ford. But Mims returned to the game in the fourth quarter.
