ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico (KRQE) – As he dined with the NFL on Sunday, Arian Foster knew he would pursue one of his other passions once he hung up his cleats. The former Houston Texans and Miami Dolphins running back is all about his music.
When he plays, Foster goes by the name Bobby Feeno. He’s compelling enough as an artist that some fans will be surprised once they find out the job he had. You know, when he covered enough ground to win the NFL rushing title for two years and earn 4 Pro Bowl selections. “When people come up to me and they don’t know, it’s a cool feeling,” Foster said.
Foster is in the Van Tate sports office this week, talking football and his music. “I was fortunate to have very good ears and signed with the mass appeal Nas label,” Foster said. “There was good traction. I didn’t try to promote it. I’m not really interested in the business side because I made my money. I did well. I just do it because I love it. Whether one person or a thousand listen to it, it doesn’t matter.
