For the second week in a row, Commanders coach Dan Quinn called running back Brian Robinson a game-time decision Friday. For the second week in a row, the decision fell a day earlier.
Last week he was there. This week, Robinson will be out for Sunday’s game against the Ravens.
Via John Keim of ESPN.com, Commanders excluded Robinson Saturday with a knee injury. Robinson hasn’t practiced all week.
Last week, he only played the first half of a win against the Browns. He had seven carries for 18 yards and was not targeted in the passing game.
Along with Robinson, the workload will fall to Austin Ekeler and Jeremy McNichols. The Commanders also elevated Chris Rodriguez Jr. from the practice squad.
