The keys to victory for the Patriots
Get Rhamondre Stevenson implied. In the first game, New England’s starting running back had just six carries for 23 yards in Week 3. If the Patriots have any hope of pulling off the upset, they need to use the ground game early and often against a Jets defense that has conceded. back-to-back 90+ yard performances against Bills rookie Ray Davis and Steelers RB Najee Harris.

Win the turnover battle. Part of the reason the Jets struggled last month was because of Aaron Rodgers. He has thrown seven interceptions, including six in his last three games. The last time Rodgers didn’t throw an interception was September 29 against the Broncos in Week 4.
Game to watch: New York Jets defensive line vs. Patriots offensive line
Patriots rookie QB Drake Maye saw his first regular season action against the Jets and was sacked twice in limited appearance in the Week 3 loss at MetLife Stadium. Since taking over as starter two games ago, Maye has already been sacked six times. Playing against a rookie QB making only his third career start and facing one of the worst offensive line units in the league, the Jets need to apply pressure throughout this game.
NY Jets vs Patriots Prediction
There is no excuse here. The Jets should and must win this game to have any hope of playing football in late January against a clearly inferior Patriots team that could finish with the worst record in the NFL. The numerous injuries to the Gang Green defense could be a cause for concern here, but ultimately Rodgers and Co. are doing the job to keep their slim playoff hopes alive and their chances of winning the AFC East with a win of two scores at Foxboro.
