Cowboys star quarterback Dak Prescott discussed the team’s preparations for the Atlanta Falcons this week and showed some excitement about what the team has in store.
“Excited about this game plan. I think we’ve got a great one in the works,” Prescott told the media Thursday. “Now it’s about us just locking in, focusing on it, going out there and not just putting it into practice. work, but to execute it in the way we want.”
The Cowboys offense desperately needs a spark, so hopefully Dak’s enthusiasm is a sign of things to come. If the players are excited about the game plan, it could bring the energy the team was missing.
Of course, injuries affect the defensive side of the ball, but if the offense can find a way to put up points and provide support, it will help alleviate the pressure felt by the defensive unit.
