Take off the coats, because there is some new material that needs a home for a few Detroit Lions players.
Following Detroit’s 52-14 win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 8, the rewards continue to flow for some Lions. Wideout Kalif Raymond earned NFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his outstanding performance on punt returns.
He was joined by running back Jahmyr Gibbs, who did something no Lions player has ever done before. Gibbs won FedEx Ground Player of the Week for the second week in a row.
But wait, there’s more!
Quarterback Jared Goff won NFC Offensive Player of the Month for October. He is the first Lions QB to earn this honor.
