That was the result of the coin toss before overtime in the Kansas City Chiefs’ 30-24 win over their Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And Mayfield called tails.
The quarterback threw his head back and grimaced, proving he knew what was going to happen: The Chiefs would drive down the field and score a touchdown, preventing Mayfield and the Bucs from seeing the field even once in the extra session.
