A difficult first half for Philadelphia Eagles ended with a major injury scare.
Despite controlling time of possession and doubling the number of plays, the Eagles trailed the Washington Commanders 7-3 at halftime. But the images at the end of the half were even more alarming.
Quarterback Jalen Hurts was seen in the blue medical tent, presumably with the independent neurologist.
Fortunately for the Eagles, he ran off the field at halftime and was cleared to return after a concussion evaluation.
