Even if the free agency slowed down the National Football League, this does not mean that there are no talented players still available.
A guy who is still on the free market is the old second round of the Saints of New Orleans Marcus Williams. He was selected with the 42nd choice in total during the draft of the 2017 National Football League by New Orleans and spent the first five years of his career in the city.
Williams was a solid piece of defense during his section in New Orleans. From 2017 to 2021, he accumulated 15 interceptions in 76 games played for the saints. In addition to that, he also collected 320 plated in total, a bag, 38 defended assists and three forced escapes.
He has spent the last three years with the Baltimore Ravens and is now available. We do not know where he will go, but Mike Kaye du Charlotte Observer reported on Monday that he to visit The rival of the NFC South Carolina Panthers.
“The Panthers welcome Julian Blackmon security during a visit today, confirms a source of the league. Ian Rapoport was visited first,” said Kaye. “Mentioned Blackmon as a complement to the logical security of Tre’von Moehrig in my garlic bag last week. Blackmon had misfortunes of injuries, but tons of departure Exp. With Blackmon, the former holys and the safety of Ravens, Marcus Williams, also visits the panthers today, by source of league.”
He doesn’t have a lot of buzz this offseason, but it seems that his market resumes at least.
