The deputy coach of Washington Commanders, Tavita Pritchard, was once a quarter of the Cardinal Stanford.
Pritchard played in 31 games for Stanford from 2006 to 2009, and although he was unable to play professionally, he built a great reputation as a coach.
Pritchard led to Stanford from 2010-22, where he built a strong CV which allowed him to be hired by Ron will riveted with the commanders in 2023. Dan Quinn kept him in the staff, but he might not be able to have it for the long term.
The writer Sports Illustrated, Dan Lyons, listed Pritchard as one of the six candidates for the Stanford head coach.

Losing Pritchard would be a big loss for commanders, forcing Daniels to learn from someone again to move forward.
It is an annoying timing given the fact that the coaching carousel is generally in January, but the commanders would have enough time to recover and find someone new.
