Are the Carolina Panthers Bring their hearts again on their sleeves?
Head coach Dave Canales joined the whole of Up & Adams During annual League meetings on Monday. Animator Kay Adams, in an attempt to take potentially juicy details of Canales, spoke of the University of Georgia The Milk Walker Schorer – The precursor perceived for the choice of first round of Carolina later this month.
Adams told Canales that she was going to have Walker in the show this Thursday and asked her what she should ask for the prospect of the 21 -year -old draft.
“Just ask him how he has an impact on his teammates,” replied Canales. “Each Bulldog of Georgia to whom we are talking about, they talk about Walker milestone. They talk about responsibility, how they bring together the whole group, the way they play with his fire and communicate and all these things. And therefore, I think there are just intangible on the guy who is really special.”
These intangible assets can help bring a defense of new looks for panthers. Carolina began the heavy part of their offseason by extending the Jaycee Horn corner half and by signing four free agent defenders – Linemen Tershawn Wharton and Bobby Brown III, the outside secondary Pat Jones II and the security Tre’von Moehrig – The first day of the legal buffer period.
Walker, who can play both as a rusher of passes and second ball, is one of the favorites to take with the eighth overall selection. The native of Salisbury, NC is fresh with a campaign decorated in 2024-where he was appointed first team All-American, a member of the second All-Sec team and the winner of the Butkus Award.
