Baltimore’s ravens do not have to worry about their kicking situation for more than a decade, because they have had the best game of the game position for most of the last 13 years in the pro player of Justin Tucker at seven times.
During his stay at the franchise of the city of Charm City, he was the Order and built a curriculum vitae worthy of the renown temple which included the detention of the record for the longest attempted goal on the field at 66 yards and the most precise coat of the botter of all time with a percentage of goals on the career field of 89.1%.
Tucker is now dealing with situations outside the field involving multiple allegations of inappropriate behavior, and he also comes from the worst season of his career.
In 2024, the five -time All Pro team ended with the percentage of goals on the lowest field of their farm with a brand of 73.3% after missing a summit of 10 career kicks between the goals on the field and the additional points, many of which have proven to be cruciform in some of the narrow losses of Baltimore.
While discussing journalists during annual League meetings a few weeks ago, head coach John Harbaugh shared that there were “many good” prospects for this year’s class position and that the ravens would do their reasonable diligence on options.
“At this point, you have to look,” said Harbaugh. “You must always make your reasonable diligence, so we will be ready to do it on the day of the draft if we have the impression that we need it and if the good guy is there.”
One of the possible candidates who could potentially succeed Tucker is Ryan Fitzgerald by Florida State. THE Justin Melo from Draft Network reported that Ravens are one of the three teams that have private training sessions scheduled with the high -end consensus in this year’s harvest, the other two being the New England Patriots and the Washington commanders.
Fitzgerald won the honors of the third Associated Press All-American team in his last season after matching the FBS head as a percentage of goals on the ground by making 13 out of 13 on his attempts, including a career of 59.
In 2023, he received the honors from the third All-ECC team after converting 90.5% of his attempts, including all his additional points and on the 19 of 21 on the goals on the ground.
During the NFL Scouting combines 2025, the Ravens special team coach, Randy Brown worked it and trained it by drilling an attempted goal of 60 yards, which would have long exceeded his university career.

The Ravens have a summit of 11 choices in this year’s draft with eight in day 3 and four in the sixth round only. Since their only choice in the fifth round is near, they could take Fitzgerald at the time or with the second of their two fourth round selections if they really do not want to risk losing for him.
In the draft last year, the first selected specialist was the old bettor of Iowa Tory Taylor in the fourth round, and the first botter did not get out of the table until Will Reichard was chosen outside the Alabama in the sixth round.
The Ravens also have a rich story of finding elite kickers like un residged free agents, so even if they do not fit Fitzgerald, they could always find Tucker’s successor by signing a recruit that does not hear their name.
