The Buccaneers of Tampa Bay were grateful to have Bucky Irving fly during the fourth round of last year’s draft.
The decline is 20/20, but if the NFL knew what it now knows about Irving, it would probably not have been on the board for so long. Nick Baumgardner of athletics resumed the first round of the NFL 2024 draft, and Irving was the N ° 32 Global choice by the Chiefs of Kansas City.

“Although he played in 195 pounds, Irving became a real threat in three down for the Bucs last season, rushing for 1,199 yards and eight affected and adding 49 catches. Imagine it in the Kansas City offensive,” wrote Baumgardner.
The league is probably grateful that IRVING is not in the Chiefs offensive – otherwise, they may have won the Super Bowl for a third consecutive time last season.
Now the BUCS should hope to find more hidden gems like Irving in next week’s draft, which begins on Thursday April 24 at the Field Lambeau in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
