– “You must have a vision for the player you are going to write. You must know how you will use it,” said Steichen being aligned with Chris Ballard during the project process. – A great point of accent on the colts in 2025 will play complementary football, which Steichen said that they had not done well last year.
– “Obviously, we seek to add a tight end of passes, perhaps,” said Steichen when he was undergoing the offensive. He likes a lot of players they already have and have mentioned the need for more competition on the offensive line. “We have a core of basic players who are really good.”
