Do Dallas cowboys have a surprise in store for the first round of the NFL draft?
It’s a pivotal year for Dallas, which comes out of a 7-10 season and the dismissal of head coach Mike McCarthy. The new head coach, Brian Schottenheimer, inherits an expensive list with a notable lack of talented skill player behind the top of the lamb of Ceedee.
It is a deep project for the talent of skill players, so Dallas is fortunate to do things correctly during the first round Thursday or later in the week.
There are many options for cowboys to address the wide receiver and the positions of ball carrier in the first laps of the draft. But an NFL writer sees Dallas taking a wide range with choice number 12 that many did not plan to go to the upper half of the first round.
Thursday, Chris Trapasso de CBS Sports published a list From “daring predictions” for draft, including cowboys selecting the Large receiver of Texas Matthew Golden 12th in the general classification.
“Golden may not be huge. But the first round is all about the features and that the time of 40 yards is the ultimate point of sale for fans and coaches in the position of the receiver,” wrote Trapasso.

“Golden had no production in the first round that at the end of his last season in Texas, but made an average of more than four catches and nearly 82 yards per game in his last eight games for the Longhorns.”
Golden accumulated 987 reception yards and nine affected in the 16 Longhorns games this season. His physical tools are the real draw, however, as illustrated by his 4.29 seconds turn of 4.29 seconds to the combination of the NFL.
There is no reason for cowboys to play safely, but taking a university receiver that did not have the production of superstar could certainly turn back in the long term. But the potential awards of gold offers are also immense.
