“Hmmm … So you go to competitors. Like the coach [Harbaugh] said “competitors are welcome”. There may be some best athletes but … I choose Bobby Boucher. (Adam Sandler in the waterboy). We can improve it in terms of understanding the game, but this type of survey, passion, desire, physicality and, the other thing – is a team player. He cared about his teammates, he gave them water. He did everything he could to get eligible [big] Game – Remember that he had to take the test and study – this is the commitment you want. If I’m sitting there and he’s available, it’s the guy I take. “”
He is undoubtedly looking forward to hoisting the Lombardi trophy instead of an Oscar, but on the basis of this perfomance, Hortiz can have a career in Hollywood after the end of his NFL days.
