THE Chicago Bears become a place of destination for the old Stars of Notre-Dame football, and on Monday, another joined the NFC franchise.
While security Nick McCloud only played a year for the Irish in 2020, he continued his football career even if he was not written. He started with the Buffalo bills in 2021 (two relays) and also played for the Bengals of Cincinnati This season.
McCloud would then play for the New York Giants from 2022-2024, and was also on the 49ers of San Francisco in 2024. He now signed with the Bear Joining the long Vivaneau Scott Daly, and the tight ends Cole Kmet and Durham Smythe.
Security has had a solid player career, with 85 plated, 3 forced escapes, 3 escaped recovery, interception and 1.5 bags. Hopefully these figures are increasing for McCloud with his new team.
