The Los Angeles Loaders have been one of the least active teams of the free agency so far. Even if they have completed certain list points with solid veteran players, they always have a significant need to improve in talented and age services in several positions.
By entering the draft of the NFL in 2025, here is an overview of some of the greatest needs so that Jim Harbaugh and his staff are concentrated, and some names to know at each position.
Passing sensor
Loaders have a significant need at Pass Catcher, with the only real impact player they have in this position being their second round choice in last year’s draft, Ladd McConkey. Although their attack was more focused on the game last season under the offensive coordinator Greg Roman, they still do not have a second high quality option.

Jayden Higgins – WR – Iowa State
At six feet four and 214 pounds, Higgins could be replaced by Mike Williams to X in the first week. Higgins has a high -quality separation capacity, great body control, safe hands at the capture point and sufficient speed to accelerate opposite players after capture. The Higgins recovery stock increases quickly, and it may not be available for the Tour loaders 2. However, it is a swing which is worth taking the first round, because its hands, its road running and its athletics give it solid soil and a high ceiling in the sky as a perspective.
COLSTON Loveland – Te – Michigan
Loveland is easily the most constant player made fun of this offseason, but for a good reason. It is not only his familiarity with the head coach of the charge, Jim Harbaugh, who has people who claim for them to take it at 22 years old, because Loveland has essential skills for their offense. Loveland is a shift machine in the same vein as guys like Sam Laporta and Brock Bowers. Its speed and turn on the routes are too much for most of the seconds to follow, and at six feet six and 248 pounds, it is too large for corners and safetys to keep a cover. Loveland seems to be able to be a tight end that changes the situation at the next level.
Interior offensive line
Even with the recent signature of the right guard of Eagles Mekhi Becton, the charges still need to strengthen their offensive line. They have stopgap center Bradley Bozeman and Zion Johnson on the list, but they must always find impact players to improve the interior.

Tate Ratledge – OG – Georgia
Ratledge is an elite athlete, supported by his 9.96 Relative sports score. From three years old in Georgia with a all-American pedigree, Ratledge has experience and talent to be a start-up of the day. It has a powerful lower half, high level mobility and a violent and fixing style of play. His strength, size and athletic capacity make him a good choice for the scheme of the offensive coordinator of the loaders, Greg Roman,.
Donovan Jackson – Ohio State
Jackson is seen by most inside in the NFL while he was mainly playing in Guard at university. His 2024 season has shown a new part of his game, because Jackson had to slip to tackle week 10 due to the end of the season of his teammate Josh Simmons. Jackson started slowly in the tackle, but quickly improved and became a locking tackle in the playoffs. Jackson offers great versatility, putting a physical and intelligent game on a band both on guard and in the tackle. He projects more as a guard in the NFL, but if Slater or Alt had to undergo an injury, Jackson could easily intervene and keep things afraid.
Defensive tackle
The charges have made several movements to help rebuild this position after losing Pona Ford in free will, but a long -term improvement is still necessary.

Jamaree Caldwell – DT – Oregon
Everyone has spoken of Caldwell’s teammate, Derrick Harmon, this season, but Caldwell is a high -quality prospect in its own right. At six feet two and 332 pounds, athletics on the ground of Caldwell offers tons of flexibility, capable of playing from anywhere along the interior of the line if necessary. Against the race, Caldwell showed an impressive resistance, as well as the speed and the engine to hunt rushers towards the key line. Caldwell has inconsistent hands and feet when they precipitate the smuggler, but it is a thing of beauty when they work together (see 0:13 below for the proof). Caldwell is a sleeper who could be available for loaders in the third round, and if they take him there, it would be a flight.
Kenneth Grant – DT – Michigan

Grant is an incredible athlete at six feet three and 330 pounds. It was ranked third on the annual list of Bruce Feldman’s annual monsters in 2024, a prize awarded to the most gifted athletes of university football each year. Grant also has the strength to be a dominant race defender at the next level and has the turn and athletics to be a pass-rusher impact. Grant may not go to the choice of loads at 22, but if it does it, it is a high quality perspective that they can become a defensive franchise player.
