The NFL draft is fast approaching, and the Buccaneers have placed in an excellent position when entering the weekend. Bucs have Mike Evans outside, but could add another large body to the fold.

In this series, we will take a look at the best adjustments for Tampa Bay in the position of the slot machines receiver for each turn. The project is unpredictable, but if one of these players is on the board, the Buccaneers could be wise to make the selection.
Buccaneers potential draft targets and best fits: slot wide receptors
Round 1
Emeka Egbuka, Ohio State (6’0 ” / 201 / SR)
How it adapts: There was no direct connection connecting Egbuka and the Bucs, but it seems that it could be a movement under the radar like Calijah Kancey two years ago. Egbuka could be the most ready receiver for the project. He would fight for clichés immediately and would provide insurance if Godwin undergoes reverse or would not be in good shape. Bowles said he wanted horses and that Egubka is a battle horse. He brings value as a turner -up and will become the best friend of Baker Mayfield as a reliable reception option. It would be a shock if the Bucs became the receiver in the first round, but Egbuka is one of the best in the class.
Round 2
Jaylin Noel, Iowa State (5’11 ” / 194 / SR)
How it adapts: Noel is a quick slit with excellent ball skills. With McMillan ready to take most of his shots outside with Godwin in the slit, having someone who can turn in there and being a match threat in front of Godwin would give the offensive Bucs a different look. Noel has an exceptional character and an ethics of work and has been elected captain for her last two years. It was extremely durable, missing a single match and can have an impact on the return of a boot and kick.
Round 3
Jack Bech, TCU (6’1 ” / 214 / SR)
How it adapts: Although Bech saw a majority of his shots outside last season, he is probably better suited to play slot at the next level. Heady and productive, Bech provides versatility to the offense with skills that should prosper in the NFL. He directs routes like a veteran with large ball skills and the ability to take lessons after taking. Bech brings physicality to the position which rarely leaves a pass and has been compared to Puka Nacua.
Round 4
Tez Johnson, Oregon (5’9 ” / 154 / 5SR)
How it adapts: Johnson is a small fast range that can do damage from the slit. He knows how to run net routes and uses the corners to open. It is a weapon in the screen game with the possibility of snatching large races due to its size, speed and insane. It would bring a different element to the offensive of the BUCs and could be a player similar to a gadget when he turns into a more rounded wide receiver. It also offers an electric return capacity.
Round 5
Jaylin Lane, Virginia Tech (5’9 ” / 191 / 5SR)
How it adapts: Lane is a take -out slot receiver that the BUCs have not had for some time. It can be used in various ways and has sudden acceleration to be a problem on screens and scales. Lane brings something different to the Bucs receiver room. He is a more dynamic Kam Johnson and would allow Bucs to do creative things on the offensive side of football.
Round 6
Jordan Watkins, Ole Miss (5’11 ” / 196 / 5SR)
How it adapts: Another guy in the fast and fast slot machine, Watkins is a threat on the three levels with a good understanding of how to put the turns up to withdraw deep. The speed and size are two things that the BUCs are lacking on their list, and although Watkins has no elite size, its timed speed of 4.37 is a weapon for offenses. He had the most affected in the dry last year and is dangerous as a turnover turnover.
Round 7
Konata Mumpfield, Pitt (5’11 ” / 186 / SR)
How it adapts: Mumpfield is not an elite athlete, but he knows how to open. He directs routes like a seasoned pro and has a quick exit to create an initial separation. A permanent passage to the location is probably at the next level, but it could provide a certain versatility outside. He has the type of character and consistency that BUCs are looking for and would be a guy in development that could impress in the camp because of its meticulous details and tenacity.
