Dane Brugler of athletics, a week before the draft of the NFL 2025, Released a seven round simulation project. It is quite a task, projecting the 257 project choices. For Arizona cardinalsThey make a very predictable selection in the first round and, from there, go to different directions of what we could expect.
Let’s take a look at the choices and decompose them.
Arizona Cardinals 7 Tours Mock Draft
-
Round 1 (n ° 16 in total): Georgia Edge Mykel Williams
-
Round 2 (n ° 47 in total): Iowa State WR Jaylin Noel
-
Round 3 (n ° 78 in total): Ohio State DT Ty Hamilton
-
Round 4 (n ° 115 in total): LSU OL EMORY Jones
-
Round 5 (n ° 152 in total): Arizona RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt
-
Round 7 (n ° 225 in total): Miami LB Francisco MAUIGOA
Simulation project analysis
Williams is an expected choice for cardinals. They were strongly invested in improving the defensive line and the defensive point. Williams is a high -storey perspective with major physical features which are already a good race defender and which could be a very productive rusher.

Noel makes sense on paper. People outside the organization will see that cardinals receptors outside of Marvin Harrison Jr. are Michael Wilson, Zay Jones and Greg Dortch and believe that they will target a receiver. In the second round, this may not be the case and, although Christmas is a speedster, it has only 5 feet 10 inches and the cardinals have added receivers in the last two years which measure at least six feet high.
Hamilton is part of an in -depth defensive tackle class, so it makes sense and probably makes Dante Stills be on the commercial block.
Jones would give cardinals more tackle / guard depth. He probably has a higher ceiling than Christian Jones, whom they drafted last year in the fifth round.
Croskey-Merritt would be an interesting choice. He has good potential but only played in a single match last season due to eligibility problems. It was good in the sanctuary and had a starter potential.

Mauigoa succeeded 96 plated and 11 plated for the loss last year for Miami after 82 plated and 18 plated at a conference for the loss in 2023.
