The former NFL scout and the current expert in the resident project of the NFL Network, Daniel Jeremiah, said that the Buccaneers of Tampa Bay would select a rusher plug and play in the first round of the draft on Thursday evening.

“I’m going to go with a rusher on board for Tampa,” Jeremiah said on Friday. “I’m going to say that they look towards a productive guy and someone who, I think, could somehow adjust and grow with this team. It’s a good team. I saw them last year, and I thought it was one of the most physical teams in the NFL.”

Calijah Kancey and Tampa Bay Vita Vea were the two main producers of bags of bags last season. They are both an interior line player. Jeremiah explained that the two -on -board rush was low and could use the improvement. They signed Hasson Reddick in a free agency, and they bring Yaya Diaby back, but they really want to build a solid rotation on the edges.

Jeremiah really likes BUCs to select Donovan Ezeiruaku from Boston College, who finished second university football last year with 16.5 bags.

“I think the addition of another dashboard has a lot of meaning,” said Jeremiah. “I will go with Ezeiruaku from Boston College. I think all production [is important]. I think Jason Licht appreciates this. I think he would appreciate it. “”

Jeremiah compares Ezeiraku to the choice of the first round of last season, Graham Barton, at Duke. He said they are both smart players with all the incorporal active ingredients you are looking for in a player you count to contribute immediately.

“When you get the center of Duke that is right – I mean, it is so polite and so intelligent and so hard,” said Jeremiah. “Obviously, the talent is there with Graham Barton, but all these intangible things, I think, have led to having such an immediate success once it is mounted on the field there.

“I think that with Ezeiruaku, there is a very similar wiring with him. He is a really intelligent kid. He is someone who, I think, will pick up what they do on the defensive very quickly and could have an impact.”
