THE New York Giants returned to the practice field Wednesday morning in preparation for a Week 5 game against the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington.
All eyes were understandably on rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers, who suffered a concussion in a 20-15 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Thursday Night Football.
With 10 days to go, the Giants have been and remain optimistic about Nabers’ potential availability next Sunday but it’s still early.
“Early stages,” head coach Brian Daboll said of Nabers’ current status in the concussion protocol. “Day to day.”
Meanwhile, cornerbacks Andru Phillips and Adoree’ Jackson remain sidelined.
