To save lives to catch NFL touchdowns, Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews continue to be proud to be the ultimate teammate.
Thanks to Offensive Coordinator Todd Monken and the intuitiveness of quarterback Lamar Jackson, Andrews finished week six averaging 22 yards per catch on just three receptions. Teammate Zay Flowers was already circling the Washington Commanders defense when Andrew caught a 13-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter to take the lead – a direct the Crows wouldn’t give up for the rest of the game.
What Andrews enjoys most about his role is the inevitable the impact he’s destined to make, whether he’s working as a pass catcher or a run blocker. Running back Derrick Henry totaled 132 rushing yards Sunday, and Andrews was part of a set of blockers leading the way.
With an offensive unit that looks fundamentally unstoppable, Andrews’ energy and selfless approach exemplifies direction in the team locker room.
