The 2024 Pittsburgh Steelers The roster and its incredible strength are a testament to the exceptional job general manager Omar Khan and the Steelers front office have done in scouting, drafting, signing and re-signing talented players in the Steel City. While free agency is usually an exciting time for Black and Gold fans because their team has the opportunity to sign prominent players from across the NFL, this year might be a little more daunting.

The Pittsburgh Steelers currently have 21 players set to leave the team as free agents in 2025, and while the team may attempt to re-sign several of them, there is no guarantee that they won’t also lose the most of them. The team is currently projected to have $74.3 million to spend on players, and Khan will need almost every penny to keep much of his talented roster from hitting the open market. Here are 10 Steelers unlikely to re-sign and expected to leave the team in free agency in 2025.
